Since I started nuBound, I've chopped 2 minutes off my 5K time. Ran 19:05 last
December, and 17:17 at the Run for Roses in May. Been doing really well at the tri's and
duathlon's. I have found that I'm not nearly as sore after any of these races.. and legs
have just been feeling great. I think it's a combination of nuBound and doing the
multi-sport rather than just straight running.. but I've still been keeping the running
