Like many of you, I’m a middle-aged athlete. I’ve got varied activities and interests, which when combined leave me exhausted at times.
I'm a runner and endurance athlete. I ran the Big Sur Marathon this spring and plan to run the Marine Corps Marathon this fall. I've been cycling a lot this summer and plan to do my first triathlon this season.
I round this out by also doing strength and power training at CrossFit Boston several times per week. CrossFit training includes gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and high intensity metabolic conditioning.
