nuBound™ adheres to a strict privacy policy. We will never sell your personal
information to any third party. Any personal information supplied to nuBound™ for the
purposes of placing a product order or inquiry will be handled with the utmost discretion
and confidentiality.
Return Policy
nuBound™offers a full money back guarantee on all unopened product.
If you are returning product, you will need an RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization). Please email us by using the E-Mail Contact Form (above) for an
RMA number. Include: your name and reason for return.
Monthly Subscription Service
Customers who take advantage of our subscription service receive a new monthly
supply of product every 30 days for which they are billed a monthly recurring charge.
You may change the delivery date or cancel your monthly subscription at any time, or
for any reason, by calling: 888-480-6825 or by using the E-Mail Contact Form
(above).
You have no obligation to remain in our subscription program, and you can discontinue
any time.
Shipping & Handling:
Shipping charges are added at checkout. There is a shipping calculator on the first
checkout page which allows you to see the pricing for all shipping options, before
proceeding with the checkout process.
You may select the level of service desired (UPS Ground, 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day
Delivery). No surcharge is added to the published UPS rates. No handling fee is
charged.
Check time-in-transit for different levels of UPS service.
Shipping to Canada is via USPS Registered First Class Mail (4 to 10 days) or UPS
Worldwide Expedited (generally 2 days). The prices shown include all customs
brokerage fees. Canadian GST is not included and will be collected by Canadian
authorities.
nuBound provides free shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Simply select "APO/FPO
addresses" as the shipping option.
Sales Tax:
Residents of Massachusetts will be charged 5% sales tax.
Security and Encryption of Orders:

Certificate to verify who we are and to encrypt and decipher your order so that only we

Your information is then stored and protected on Yahoo's secure servers. For
additional security, your credit card information is deleted from the servers after 30
days.
